Tsurikawa(つり革) literally means "hanging leather" and refers to the hand straps on Japanese trains and buses, but in car culture, it's a decorative accessory stolen from public transport that symbolizes rebellion, individuality, and Japanese automotive (JDM) style, often hung from car bumpers or tow hooks.

Originally used by Bōsōzoku gangs to show defiance, these rings (or heart shapes) are now a popular cultural emblem for car enthusiasts worldwide.
