Shipping policy

Processing Time:
We ship all standard orders within 1–2 business days after the order is placed (unless it’s a custom item).

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, which has a delivery estimate of 2-3 working days after the date of dispatch and can be tracked via the link sent via email. In rare cases this may take longer (10 working days), and is not any fault of ours.

Charges:
All shipping charges are calculated based upon the size and weight of items in your order, so will vary.

UK –  Delivery starts from £2.75 or FREE when you spend over £49

Shipping delays:
Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, customs, or transit issues are outside our control.
We will always help if something goes wrong — just reach out.

Wrong Address / Address Issue:
If your order was shipped to the wrong address or needs correction, email us immediately with:

• Your order number

• The correct address

• A brief explanation

We’ll do our best to fix it before the order ships.

Please note that orders are not processed over the weekend, all orders from 10am GMT Friday onwards will be dispatched from Monday). We are also closed for UK bank holidays.
